Refund policy

We want you to love your shopping experience with Sarvops. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

 

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and box contents are intact

  • The request is made within 5 of delivery

Items must be in resalable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within [X DAYS] from the date of delivery.

Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

 

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

If the refund fails due to bank/payment issues, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered if:

 

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The requested replacement item is in stock

If out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

 

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery

  • Share photos/videos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Personal care items

  • Beauty or grooming products

  • Innerwear, socks, or similar items

  • Clearance sale or “final sale” products

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product):

    We cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a customer reason (change of mind, wrong item ordered):

    Return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund or charged at actual courier rates.
